Many issues & support is saturated

I am surprised there are not more negative reviews honestly.
The event manager is difficult to customise layout and there is zero integration with any page builder but I could live with that. The I/O plugin has many problems and is basically not usable. I paid $150 USD for the 3 site pro license and am regretting it as reading through the pro forums there are so many issues I guess the development team just can not keep up. The typical reply is “this has been escalated to the developers” “Install the development version and let us know if it resolves the issue”
No refund policy so I made a bad decision purchasing this plugin. Hopefully in time all the issues are resolved but I am not holding my breath.
