• Hi, why do I all of a sudden have a break between the time and the Reading Postfix? It looks like that:
    Lesezeit 2
    min

    It should look like that:
    Lesezeit 2 min

It already worked quite a while…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @fraumaria, sorry for the long delay.

I tried on my dev site using the default 2019 theme and it works just fine. Refer to this screenshot, please.

What theme you are using? Probably your theme developer did something in their recent update that impact how this plugin looks?

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

Hi @bsfherman, thanks for your response.

I’m using the theme “Bricksy” and the issue occured already before their recent update.
It occurs if I put the read-meter-shortcode into my templates. It does not occur if I put the shortcode directly into a new post. But this is no solution if I have to put this in every single post manually.
As I told before: there was a time that it worked just like it should work. This was before the recent WP-Updates.

I don’t know if the fact that it’s not working in the templates has to do with the theme or with the plugin…?

    Kind regards,
    Maria

Here’s a screenshot including the code, maybe that makes all clearer…?

Hi @fraumaria, sorry for the delay.

I would ask you to try the same scenario on a default Twenty theme and see whether it’s reproducible there. If the issue is not reproducible, then I would ask you to contact the author of the theme you are using.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
