Adjust WordPress appearance based on the detected device.

    I am considering using the Device Detector plugin to detect the characteristics of the device visiting my website and automatically use that information in some way to adjust WordPress appearance to the needs of that device. Is that possible with Device Detector? Could you help me with that?
