    hello, thanks for this great plugin.

    I was trying to upload some tickets as a guest but when i upload something the file turns red and when i sent the ticket it dont have the file.

    With a registered user it works perfectly.

    Hello @waylayer,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Please make sure you have allowed file attachment for guest users. Go to Dashboard > Support > Settings > Rich Text Editor > Guest User > Allow Attachments > Yes.
