shortcake displayed instead of annual archives

  • Hi all,

    all of a sudden I experience instead of the listed annual archives the short code

    [archives type="yearly"/]

    Beforehand it worked for years.

    Two questions:

    How ca I fix that, what could be the reason for this behavior?

    What database columns are aggregated to feed the archives? Is it wp_posts.post_date?

    all of a sudden

    Is the plugin still activated?
    Have you tried de-activating and re-activating the plugin?
    Are there any JS errors being thrown in the JS console?
    What is meant by ‘beforehand’… before what? What changed in your system?
    Has the ‘arcpromat’ shortcode variant been tried?
    Has the documentation been read?

    Well, this depends on which shortcode attributes are being used. In the case provided:

    [archives type="yearly"/]

    The post date would be used, and grouped by year.

    Plugin is still activated. I deactiviated and activated it, removed and installed it, without success.

    The chrome js-console says
