Getting 500 error by adding any plugin in website

  • I am facing an issue on my website, whenever i add a new plugin my website shows 500 error and it stops working. Currently, I’m using these plugins

    1. ACF

    2. Alw CSS

    3. Custom Post Type UI

    4. FormCraft

    5. Happyforms

    6. Hero Banner Ultimate

    7. Popup Maker

    8. Post type Order

    9. Slider Revolution

    10. WP Bakery

    11. Zozo theme core

    I tried deactivating plugin 1 by 1 and I just found that the two plugins “WP Bakery and Slider Revolution” are the main cause of this problem. if these two plugins are deactivated then by adding a new plugin we are not getting any error. kindly share any solution for that.

    Have you checked your admin email for messages from your WordPress?
    They (if they can be send using PHP mail()) will contain error text, which will help you to figure out what exactly the problem is.
    Alternatively you can find and check PHP error log file on your host, look for strings with “Fatal” or “Parse Error” from the bottom of this file.
