    Hi, I notice that all tickets that have attachments older than 2 months are no longer available to download or view within the ticket (open or closed). If I enter the cPanel of my hosting and search the files on the explorer, the folders of those older months are empty (when they use to have those files). Is this a normal or standard feature of SupportCany plugin and if so, is there a way to set things up so the attachments are never deleted from the server (wpsc folder)? Or do I need to install a backup plugin so it creates daily backup of that folder on an external platform like Dropbox or Google Drive so I have copies of all those attachment files? Thxs in advance.

    We received a few more reports regarding the same issue. We are trying to reproduce it on our end but till now we are unable to reproduce it.

    We are continuously working on it and will try to resolve it as soon as possible. To fix this issue temporarily, we have released a version that will prevent the garbage collector from deleting any attachments. So please update to the latest version to avoid this issue.

    Once we found the resolution for the issue, we will release the new version.

    Great, just updated to the latest version to see if that helps until you guys are able to recreate the issue and get a final patch on it. Thxs.
