Add Shipping After Deposit Made

  • Starting development on a new website. My client wants to collect 30% deposit when the order is placed. Then, they get the order together, package it, determine shipping costs, and add the shipping cost to the balance of the invoice. and request payment prior to shipping product. How is this possible?
