    Goodmorning.

When i go to the live website I see since 3 weeks no translations on my site.

When I login on a computer in WordPress and do a preview of a certain page I can see the translation. But when I go to the same page on a different computer which has no active wordpress login I do not see an translation.

I tested this on several computers.

Please tell me how to solve. This is urgent.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there,

I have checked on this website: https://www.oriconet.com, and it is translated correctly.
Could you please tell me which page is not being translated?

It could be due to caching. You can try clearing the cache or testing it in incognito mode.

    Best Regards,

    Anca

    Hello Anca,

As I wrote the problems accure when there is an update in one of the plugins. When I update the plugin the translation is back. This puts me in a spot to check evere day if there is an update. Because I do not want my customer is having a site where the translation is not visible when there is a plugin update waiting on the backend. And NO I do not want to update automaticly because I do not know for 100% if the update is ok

    Kind regards

Does anyone has a solution. Is it caching, is it a wrong setting. Why is the translation not showing when there is any plugin update. Not just an update of Translatepress but any plugin update. This week it was an update of wordpress 6.2.2 and after installing the update the translation was back again.

    Please I need a solution!!!!

    Hello,

The translations are stored in your site’s local database, so each page is translated only once. This means it will not be translated every time a user accesses the page. So, this should not happen unless the content is modified.

When the translations no longer appear, is it that no pages are translated or only some?

It seems more like a conflict with other code. I recommend that when translations are not appearing, you can do a conflict test before updating:

??Briefly disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Kind Regards,

    Anca
