    Hi @grahasdsiweb,

Looking at the screenshot, it seems the error is related to the URL with the /?wpforms_form_id=279 query string in your form. I apologize as customizations like this are outside of our scope for support. In case you’d like to look into custom development options, we highly recommend using Codeable.

In case you’d like to send data from a form to another one using URL parameters, I’d suggest taking a look at our guide on how to?enable and use the?Enable Prefill By URL?setting on your forms. That guide will provide GET parameters for each field type on WPForms, and it might help you with your goal.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @rsouzaam
    Thanks for replying.

Firstly, I don’t try to customizations?the wpform but when I leave my browser for awhile and then come to access the page, the error above seems to appear. Is there any problem cause of reloading the page?

    Hi @grahasdsiweb,

This is an unfamiliar issue, and possibly, it’s related to some code customization, or a conflict with your theme or a plugin. In case you want to verify if it would be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on?how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    Hope this helps!
