We have enabled the “auto-fill form fields for logged in users” but the feature works (= name and email fields gets filled automatically) only when the logged in user has the Administrator role for our site. When the user has Subscriber, Contributor, Author or Editor role the fields do not get filled. Naturally our guests should never have the Administrator role but a custom role with minimal access rights (which does not work either).

Also, we have created a custom user profile field with ID “phone” but its’ value does not get auto-filled even though the form field is also named as “phone”. Doesn’t the plugin support user profile meta fields?

    Hello.
This feature has to work with any type of user roles. Just be sure that your users have filled fields at the User profile.

Otherwise probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.

Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

    Hello,

deactivating plugin WP Fastest Cache fixed the issue. ??

How about my second question of user meta fields? If that’s not currently possible could it be added as a new feature in some release?

    Hello.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
