    That’s quite strange.
    You can do some quick checks.

    • Make sure the plugin is activated.
    • You are checking it on Simple product on frontend. Other product types are not currently supported.
    • You are logged in with a Administrator role.
    • Check in brower’s console to see if there are any javascript error.

    If you still can’t find any clue, share the product page url.
