    Hi,

    I have just received a warning from my web host that we are about to hit our File Usage Quoter. I have investigated the issue in Cpanel and the error log is showing this error every few seconds;

    [12-May-2023 01:21:34 UTC] Connection refused

    If I disable all the css and js caches the error still occurs. Even if I disable everything, the error persists and the only way to stop the error is to deactivate Litespeed Cache.

    Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    OK, it is Redis causing the issue with Litespeed Cache, even though I have activated it in the Object Cache Settings. I have turned Redis off on the server now and it has fixed the issue, but can I use Redis with Litespeed or not? If so, How do I make it work with out all the errors?

    you need to make sure

    1. php extension for redis is installed
    2. redis server is up and running
    3. in object cache setting, the host and port are setting correctly
