We did the testing on our end, and the Animation form loaded perfectly for both Author and Editor Roles.

Both the Duration (in seconds): dropdown, and Custom Duration inpitbox appeared fine: https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/d253ce2b-6bc8-4a75-53d8-c22c16def8fc

Please let me know if I am missing something.
