Access key not recognized

    I just added this site to my list of clients using your plugin. Install & Activation seemed to go well, but when I did the copy / paste of the Access Key, none of the services came up as functioning and an error box shows up on my WP Dashboard:

    Notifications

    ?May 08 2023 16:03:56: Error occurred while checking account status. SERVER_ERROR NO: 6 MSG: Unknown access key, check if the key is correct?https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=1

    ?May 08 2023 16:03:56: Error occurred while Access key validating. Testing is failed. Please check the Access key.

    Help please? I directly copied and pasted the Access key.
