Ninja table issue

    I noticed that Ninja Table is not showing up in Elementor -> Templates -> Popup. However if I include Ninjatable in a page, it is showing up. I tried with TablePress and it is working fine both on page as well as popup. What could be the reason? What can be done about it?

    Steps to Reproduce: Create NInja table.
    Create Elementor -> Template -> popup.
    Include this popup in a Page.

    The Url to the website is given. Scoll down on the home page until you see a cartoon picture of children sitting in a classroom and listening. Click on that, that opens a popup and above the video inside popup, I placed Ninja Tables shortcode. It isn’t showing up.

    I have recreated the issue and everything worked for me. So, it needs to be investigated from your website dashboard. As it required more collaboration so it would be better if you submit a query on our portal.

    @annuman Thank you for the reply. Could you please tell me how and where to submit a query?
    And fyi, I just remembered that the NInja table is actually created by importing csv file which is from the export of Tablepress. Does this issue have to do something because of this? May be I should try creating fresh Ninja table from scratch?

    This issue is not fixed. But looks like Plugin support has changed it to Resolve without giving proper solution or information.

    The issue that you have reported is might be your site specific and that is why I resolved this one. As I requested to submit a query. Please go to the ninja tables website and at the footer you will find the URL for support query.
