Excellent Plugin with Excellent Support

I build with WordPress on a daily basis for many clients, and need to work with reliable tools and companies. Dylan and the rest of the support team were able to quickly and consistently reply to me with accurate, helpful answers when I ran into (my own self-inflicted) problems with WP Go Maps.
