Hi, having lots of issues with the email body editor either stripping or HTML escaping the template source.

How can I use a email template layout in the Hustle Notification email?

    Thanks.

    Hello @chinwag,

Yes, certain HTML and JS code is expected to be stripped by default for security reasons.

Could you please send examples of the code, or the list of tags that you’d like to include in the email body, in order for us to have a better idea.

Our techs may need to test it with the similar sample code, and then find a suitable solution.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro

Hello, sorry for the long response time…

    <!--<![endif]-->

    is stripped to

    <p>&lt;!--</p>

and displays in the recieved email as

    <!--

What I’m trying to achieve is sending a HTML email, is that possible?

    Thank you.

    Hi @chinwag,

Can you please share an export of the pop-up and a screenshot of the issue so that we could check things further?

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards,
