Doesn’t Work on my mobile devices

  • Why would you build a plug-in that doesn’t work on mobile phones and only on PC and you didn’t say that in your description before wasting our time installing it ??

    We used here browser API speechSynthesis so, It depends on browser. Chrome browser ( Desktop ) support 22 language. Mobile version support 7 languages.
    Microsoft edge ( mobile and desktop ) support all languages.

    Firefox mobile and desktop support 4 languages.

    You can see about the languages to plugin description.

    Note : We already mentioned in the plugin description about browser support.

    We understand how frustrating this can be, when a plugin doesn’t work as intended. 
    We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. 

    We’ve tested your site and we found the reason why button is not working on mobile and desktop

    The play button is disabled. If the user is not logged in That is why it is not working. 

    here you can see

    But when a user is logged in it’s working on desktop and mobile phone. You can see. another one

    we’ve tested on desktop chrome browser and mobile chrome browser

    mobile : Samsung A12

    desktop : windows 10

    We register to your site  and tested it working fine

    Please let us know about which device you’re using where this plugin is not working. We’ll try our best to solve this issue.

    Thank you. Let me clarify a few things, I am a woman not a man. I’m not he I am she. I read the conversation with my developer.

    2) I have logged in to the website with an email- on my iPhone7 and iphone 4 it does not work. It only works on my desktop.

    Thank you so much @axpublisher,
    IPhone 7 supports speechSynthis API. Here you can see browser support for speechSynthesis. But no support for iPhone 4. If you don’t understand please talk with your developer. He will be able to understand why it doesn’t support iPhone 4

    I also checked on iPhone 10 it works perfectly

    We’ve tested this audio, found no issue.
    But when we’re testing you’re site, We saw some error. May be this is the reason it is not working properly.
