Images aren’t loading

    Hi! I’ve installed the free version of WP-Optimize recently and now my images are not loading on the website. Thumbnails are not appearing. And images in the body of the article aren’t appearing. Though if I refresh the page it will load one more image – so if an article has six images attached, I have to refresh it six times to see them all! It looks a bit like they are lazy loading but I don’t have the premium version so lazy loading is not enabled. Page cache is 10 hours. Automatic compression is disabled.

    Any ideas please as to why my images aren’t loading?

    Hello,

    It looks like there is a class in your theme stylesheet CSS called .tg-image-to-reveal-fade-in and it has opacity set to 0. If I switch this off all the images display correctly.

    In your style sheet it looks like you are using the ColorMag Pro WordPress theme.

    Please could you try and turn off “Smooth Image Loading” as per the screen shot on this link?

    Many thanks for helping me @pbevanudp. That’s fixed it! It looks like I must have done this myself (maybe when I realised there is no lazy loading in the free version of WP-Optimise) and then completely forgotten. Very grateful for your help even though it wasn’t anything to do with WP-Optimise.
