Noindex

  • Hi,

    I have a problem for this website I made for a client. It isn’t referenced on Google. I checked with Google Console wich is telling me, this page have a noindex on <meta>. When I watch the source code of the page, the <meta> is set on “index”. I unchecked the box in WordPress which set the website on noindex.

    Is anyone having an answer to that problem ?

  • Hi, the no index could also be emitted by the server.

    Can you test this via developer tools (F12)?
    Reload the page and check the response headers.
