WooCommerce Subscription

Dear Support,

We use WooCommerce Subscription, We have a membership site. We would like to use your plugin to collect reviews from our members.

My questions are:

If a customer’s subscription is renewed monthly, will they receive a review email every month?

We want him to receive it only once, so he doesn’t receive it every month when his subscription renews.

The other question:

Is there a way to put e.g. a button, link, form, etc. on the website that you can fill out at any time to rate the service?

We would like the customer to be able to rate the service at any time, not just when they receive an email about it. Thank you!
