• From time to time the hamburger menu doesn’t work either when opened on a mobile device or if page is resized. You can see the lines but nothing happens when clicked. If page is refreshed in the browser sometimes it’s working again. Tried many different browser with same results.

Also tried on you demo site just incase I’ve installed something that could break the menu, but no same thing happens on the demo site.

Please, at least tell us if it can be solved by our own with some tweaks.
    Thank you.

    Hi @lorenzoing1,

    Thanks for reaching us,

Can you please try once by creating a new menu and deleting the new one? Let me know if this fixes the issue or not and I will be back.

Hi, This doesn’t make sense! Why would creating a new menu and deleting it again make any difference ?

    But tried and nothing changed.

    Hi @barsha04 .
I created and deleted a new menu, but nothing changes. As @tteatunitecdk says, it’s unlikely that the problem can be solved in this way.
It seems to me that the hamburger button doesn’t work when the click event listener of that button is not correctly registered. I suppose the problem is related to a timing issue with JavaScript events, since the registration sometimes works and sometimes not. I don’t know if this issue is due to a WordPress update or not, and I don’t know if we have control over it from the source code.
The issue is still present in your theme demo.
Could you please ask to the programmers for support?
    Thank you.

    With regards.

I had this problem also. The hamburger menu did not work correctly until I deactivated all my plugins. Now I’m slowly adding plugins one at a time. I think the culprit might have been the WordPress Jetpack app — I have not added that yet, and the hamburger menu still works. My site is https://jackiecraven.com. I’m using a Mac, iPad, and iPhone.

Haven’t installed Jetpack at all, so not the problem here.

    Hi @jackiecraven,

Glad to hear that the issue has been fixed and thanks for the update. Let me know of any other issues in the future and I will be back.

    Hi @tteatunitecdk,

Can you please check once by switching the Himalayas theme to WordPress Default theme and check if it helps you or not!

Let me know the updates and I will be back.

when setting default theme it works perfectly with the hamburger menu on all devices.

When switching back the same error occurred.

looks like it’s in the media queries it happens.

    when working this is present.

when not working – if resized on a computer or open on S22 ultra with android version 13

    Hi @tteatunitecdk,

    Thanks for reaching us,

It seems to be an issue with the theme which will be fixed in the upcoming theme release.

Let me know of anything confusion and I will be back.

    Regards
