• Hi,

When logging in to the website we get the message: CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted.

However, the website does not give an option to enter the 2FA code.

    Is anyone familiar with this?

    Hi @robbert444,

    Thank you for sending that.

It looks like you have a custom login page. Wordfence 2FA or reCAPTCHA currently only works with the default WordPress login and registration pages so may be causing issues with a custom login page.

As a workaround, please try entering your 2FA code after the normal login password without any space.
    For example:
Suppose your password is “Password” and your 2FA code is “123456”, fill out the username, and fill out the password as “Password123456”

Let me know whether that works for you.

    Thanks,
    Janet

Hi, the solution helped but it doesn’t work anymore.
Is there an update scheduled to resolve this issue?
