I installed Hustle to display a popup and it doesn’t appear

To start with – I don’t see any Hustle JS scrips and CSS being loaded on site so please

a) make sure that your popup is actually published (not in “Draft” mode) and
b) clear all cache on site/server if there is any

If this doesn’t solve the issue, we will need to check the popup itself to be able to tell more. In such case, please:

1. share the popup export with us:

– go to “Hustle -> popups” page and click on a little “gear” icon next to the popup in question
– select “Export” option from the drop-down menu
– download given JSON file and put it on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar
– share direct (public) link to it with us in your response below

2. let us know where exactly on your site the popup should be showing up and when (e.g. immediately or on click or on scroll and so on) and for whom (e.g. all visitors or only visitors using certain browsers etc).

Everything is published, I clear cache and still it doesn’t appear.

The popup must be displayed at homepage/inicio, and blogposts, after 5 seconds for all visitors.

Looking forward to receive some solutions.

Thank you for response and sharing the popup.

Currently you have conflicting visibility rules set for this popup. It’s set to show if ALL conditions match where conditions are all posts and all pages.

A given content can’t be the post and the page at the same time, so to say.

Please edit the visibility settings and change the “Show when all…” to “Show when any…”. Ten update the popup, clear all caches again and it should start working.

Note also: you mentioned showing it after 5 seconds but it’s currently set (in “Behavior” settings) to show after 10 seconds – so you may want to adjust that too.
