    May I ask are the shipping zones configured? I am asking because I could not see other fields, like the country, at the checkout page.

    If you need to configure a shipping zone on your site using WooCommerce, follow these steps (Once configured, all shipping fields should be visible):

    • First, navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones.
    • Next, click on “Add shipping zone,” and then name your shipping zone and assign regions it covers.
    • Finally, add shipping methods to your shipping zone by clicking “Add shipping method.” You can choose from various shipping options like Flat Rate, Free Shipping, and Local Pickup.
    • For more details on how to set up shipping zones, refer to https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

    If that does not make a difference, Can you switch the site theme to Storefront temporarily, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce? Check again to see if the issue persists, if not, it means there is a conflict, and you can then switch back your theme to the original one, and then reactivate the rest of the plugins (checking again after each plugin reactivation), until you find what is the cause of problem.

    Checking your Shipping Zone Settings, I am wondering how you set up the Shipping Zone to Everywhere here as I am unable to reproduce this on my end?

    If this did not resolve the issue, please follow his next suggestion to run a full conflict test to determine the root cause of your issue here.

    Checked this site, placed an order, and tried to checkout and I am seeing the Ship to a different address section as you can see below:

    As a first step, please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works.

    Now, please re-enable your plugins one by one to know which is causing the issue here.

    Thanks for sending the screenshots, I was checking adding a product to the cart, but when I need to proceed to checkout the page is not redirecting to the checkout and goes to pippirsgdev.wpengine.com/my-list/

    1. Create a new page.
    2. Insert the appropriate WooCommerce shortcode for the page (refer to the list of shortcodes at the end of this message).
    3. Publish the page.
    4. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, and choose the newly created page.
    5. Click “Save” and review the created page.
