Tried dozens of times with not luck.

    1. Download woocommerce mailchimp sync plugin
    2. Ensure I have no existing integrations on Mailchimp account
    3. Attempt to connect by logging in.
    4. Says “Connected please wait while we load the next step” but nothing happens. Waited hours no difference. So I tried to reconnect back to back to back. Each time I try a new connection gets created in Mailchimp. Again, tried deleting all of these and restarting from scratch, disabling and then removing the plugin and reinstalling.

No luck. What’s going on here? Need this resolved ASAP as I have a trade show coming up this Saturday and need this connection before then.

No error logs showing anything wrong in Woo.

Hi @mayday295, it seems like the Authentication server is blocking the request. If you have experience with troubleshooting console errors, please review the network response and investigate the “finish authentication” process. Additionally, it may be helpful to check your log file for any information related to the “admin@validatePostApiKey” error message. However, if you’re not comfortable troubleshooting these issues, it might be necessary to seek assistance from a third-party developer who can work with you to find a solution.

Please let us know if you find any additional information related to any errors and we’ll be glad to research further.
