    Hi @sayandutta – 503 is a type of internal server error.

    Here are some things you could try:

    • Test a very small import file, does it work?
    • Look at your hosting server logs to see if there is a more detailed explanation for the 503 timeout. If you’re not sure where to see these logs, as your host for assistance.
    • Contact your host to show them the server error to see if they can help on that end. For example, they might be able to increase the PHP timeout limit on your server.
