Form Sending Fails When Inside Reusable Block

    Forms do not send when they are contained within a reusable block.

    It would be nice to be able to create a form once and then set it to be a reusable block so that when changes to the form are required, they could be applied globally across all pages and/or posts.

    Please fix this if you can. Thank you!
