Site Visitors – Denied Access due to Firewall

    This is the customer comment, we are receiving larger numbers of these and they are NOT spam – they are genuine customers trying to place orders.

    I am trying to place an order throught your site, the details of which are below, but I am being blocked with the following message apppearing

    UNDERGROUND ENGLAND – OUR FIREWALL ON THIS SITE IS INDICATING YOUR IP ADDRESS IS BLACKLISTED DUE TO SPAMMING/MALWARE ACTIVITY. ACCESS/ REGISTRATION HAS BEEN DENIED, PLEASE CONTACT THE UNDERGROUND ENGLAND SITE ADMINISTRATOR AT: [email protected]

    Hello @undergroundengland123.

    I’ve analyzed the requests in your Anti-Spam logs. Some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This causes false positives.

    Please do the following: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the “Set cookies” option to “Off” → Save Changes.
    Then clear all cache on your website.
