The 3 sections seem perfect along with their buttons in preview mode after publishing (live view). But not shown for other audience or if I look at my page as an outsider.

    Any ideas, please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Manoj,

Thanks for getting back to me on this, I appreciate it.

Yes, interestingly, the problem solved itself once I tried another template (Neve) and decided to go back to Grow.

Originally, ON/OFF was grey (un-clickable), but once I went back to Grow from Neve, it became clickable. I had to do many adjustments as the two templates intertwined and bugged each other. The template page/pic of Neve happened to appear under my blogs section, at about 2 monitors length… It was very odd. Eventually I found where to delete it.

To be honest, this is my first shot at building a webpage as I just need a basic appearance. Everyone said WordPress was easy (especially as I worked as journalist for a year, using the magazine’s own platform for writing articles), but I must say it is not at all “plug and play”.

I expected the setup to be more intuitive, without the technical jargon. I went by trial and error, eventually. But I think for lay users it lacks a feature like the cursor over an area of the template and the name pops up… the name of that section, I mean, so it is easier to find in the menu and customise it. Without knowing the jargon, it is quite difficult to get by.

Thanks again, and have a great day,

    Eva
