Hi I like WP-optimize so far, but I have two problems:

1.) I can’t get GZiP enabled. I get this error notice: We successfully added Gzip compression settings into .htaccess file. However, the test file we fetched was not Gzip-compressed. It seems one of Apache modules – mod_filter or mod_deflate – is not active.

I went to my c-panel and did enable G-zip and it seemed to be successful but I still get that message. I tried different gzip test sites and some say it’s enabled and some say it isn’t.

    2. I wanted to manually remove unused tables. Then it starts to backup the page with updraft. Something’s wrong with the backup and I can’t manually remove the tables. this is the error message I get: Backup before running optimisations

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have run your site through a test and it saying that gzip is not enabled. Can you try enabling MOD_DEFLATE in cpanel (If you are not sure how to do this, you can ask your hosts)

When the backup is running you should see a option to “Download most recently modified log file” can you send me the log that you get here?

It sounds like there is an issue with the Backup.
