    Hello,

    I need urgent help.

    Everytime someone click to “Checkout” they get a blank white page with this error: {“error”:”IT_IS_IMPOSIBLE_RESEND_APPROVED_FILE”}.

    Not sure how to fix this, all plugins are up to date.

    Please help.

    We’re getting same issue – out of interest, do either of you 2 use Cleantalk on those sites?

    yes we do.

    Us too, I suspect its related to Cleantalk rather than Woocommerce – I got an email from Cleantalk support this morning about a ticket I opened back in February saying they were rolling something back today because of issues and I think this is linked.

    Deactivating cleantalk didnt help anything though.

    how about cloudflare? Are you all using cloudflare? Its my clients site, so I dont have their cloudflare credentials at the moment, but could be related to their proxy service as well.

    No not using Cloudflare here, Siteground.

    @magicice did you figure anything out? Its still broken for me. Ive tried quite a few different things. Oddly for me, its only on the home page and even if is switch the home page to a generic page, i still get the error.

    @macscr I have asked CleanTalk support to investigate, once they get back to me – i’ll update here.

    When I run the Malware scanner I have received these 2 errors:

    IT_IS_IMPOSIBLE_RESEND_APPROVED_FILE
    Stage: signature_analysis

    @magicice but disabling those plugins doesnt solve anything does it?

    I understand that you are receiving the error message above when someone clicks the Checkout button on your site, correct?

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, create a test order using Cash on Delivery and see if you are able to complete the checkout process without any errors?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I don’t use WooCommerce and have the same problem. Simply if you want to visit the website or click on another page. If you refreshed, he will do it right away. Has nothing to do with WooCommerce I think.

    We have fixed the issue. All the changes made will be included in the next official release. Please, reinstall the plugin.

    1. WordPress Administrator Panel → Plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate, then Delete.
    2. Download the plugin archive from here: https://github.com/CleanTalk/security-malware-firewall/releases/download/fix-version/security-malware-firewall.zip
    3. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
    4. Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.

    It is a Cleantalk issue – which ha been fixed.
