I’ve been using this plugin for several months and it has been working flawlessly. This month, however, I noticed that the WooCommerce conversions it is reporting is way off. Fathom is reporting nearly double my actual WooCommerce orders for this month. I’m not sure if this is due to a change in WooCommerce (I generally keep it updated to the most current version) or a change in Fathom Analytics.

    Hey @foxylearning

Sorry for the delay – new to managing a plugin and didnt have notifications active!

I’ve just checked a live WooCommerce site we have and the numbers add up. Did you manage to find the issue?

The issue eventually resolved itself and it started tracking orders accurately again…until this month. I just noticed that for this month, the plugin does not seem to be tracking WooCommerce conversions at all.

I think I’ve figured out the issue. I had some custom code that was preventing the “thank you” page from showing and I’m assuming this plugin does the order conversion there. After fixing my code, it appears to be tracking orders again!

    Hi @foxylearning

That makes sense. I can confirm that the convversion is triggered only on the Confirmation page, not in the payment process before redirect.
