    Hello,

I am using OpenLiteSpeed 1.7.16, the latest version of LiteSpeed Cache

I enabled the option “Cache Logged-in Users” but I also noticed “(LSWS v5.2.1+ required”

Does that mean can’t cache logged-in users on OpenLiteSpeed 1.7.16, ?

I found the following from response header:

    x-litespeed-cache: miss
    x-litespeed-cache-control: private,max-age=1800

Public pages are cached perfectly but private pages(pages after user logged-in) not working!

your previous reply indicates the private cache was working as it should

what makes you think it is not working?

when visit the page without login, the page content is served from cache, but after login, the same page will not be served from cache so it is much slower

yes, this is normal , because login user’s private cache is very much shorter TTL than public cache
