    Hi there,

    We have a site in has the latest version of WooComemrce (7.6.0) and WooCommerce Stripe gateway (7.3.0).

    Our customer charges from stripe unwanted. The customer already canceled their subscription a few years ago however they got charged through Stripe.

    Upon further checking, we found that these orders only showing in the Stripe dashboard and not in the WooCommerce store.

    We have debugged the issue on our end and found that the WooCommerce Stripe gateway plugin uses an older version of Stripe for a request for a few orders. Also in that request, they use without https url. However, our site has HTTPS. See the screenshot for more reference.

    Our customer charges from stripe unwanted. The customer already canceled their subscription a few years ago however they got charged through Stripe.

    That sounds like a customer that forgot to cancel the subscription ahead of time, or perhaps they did not complete the cancellation steps.

    To clarify what extension is the site using to manage subscriptions, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report: You can get it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?
