Ship Logic Order Not Created: Client error: `POST https://api.shiplogic.com/ship

    I wanted to inquire if you could assist me with regards to the following query.

    We have The Courier Guy plugin installed on our e-commerce website. However it’s throwing the following error and we are unsure on how to go about remedying the situation.

    Ship Logic Order Not Created: Client error: POST https://api.shiplogic.com/shipments resulted in a 400 Bad Request response:
    There are no rates for the specified service level, declared value and addresses

    Please could you assist me with this.
