Calculation of amount left to free shipping includes the flat rate amount (for those who do not spent $75) and sales tax, showing customer incorrect $ amount remaining. How do I correct this?

  • Hi @svrikkis,

    Sorry for the late reply.

I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.
    ?
Please go to the Manual min amount section and enable the section. Then set Extra Options > Shipping methods to Flat rate. Then click on Save changes. After that, from Extra Options: Amounts > Flat rate, set the amount.

Please give it a try. Let us know if the issue persists.

Unable to access shipping methods under extra options without upgrading. Although I am using the free plan, the calculation should still work. Thank you for your help.

    Hi @svrikkis ,

I’m sorry, but the “Shipping methods” feature from the Extra options section was designed for the Pro version of the plugin.

Yes, I know. I was told to use that field to correct the calculations. The free version is not calculating correctly. I installed the free to test prior to purchase, but calculation includes the flat rate for shipping below $75 and sales tax.

For example, I added a 24.99 item to my cart, the amount left for free shipping should be showing $50.01 (75-24.99), not $60.63. ?How do I fix the calculation? The free version should still work. ?It needs to work before upgrading to pro. ?Please advise. I tried to add a photo.

    Hi @svrikkis ,

    Maybe you can try this:

    • Enable the option General > Calculation > Shipping > Exclude shipping from cart total calculation
    • Set the option General > Calculation > Cart total method as Cart total

Anyway, you can purchase the plugin and ask for a refund if it doesn’t work well for you
