“The link you followed has expired.” when approving user

    Hi, I’m attempting to approve a user in version 2.6.0 and am routed to the “Something went wrong” page with the following message:

    The link you followed has expired. Please try again.

    Query monitor yields this:

    This message was triggered by ultimate-member.

    Call stack:

    I also see nothing when tailing debug.log for WordPress with debug enabled.
