Hi Devs,

I have installed the latest version of the plugin. but whenever i try to add new trigger , after selecting the trigger type, the Data field does not come. i tried saving the trigger as it is and enabled it, but it automatically turns off. Tried editing the trigger again, still no data field shown. Please assist me.

Thank you for making this amazing system for us! Its heartbreaking not be able to use it.

Hello @rayhannna,

Sorry to know that you’re facing this issue. This looks like a JS error conflict issue.

Can you check the console and see if there are any errors there? Please send a screenshot if you see any errors.

This is most probably caused because of JS code from your theme or some plugin that is preventing our plugin’s JS code from being executed.

Yes, I think there might be some error there which might be causing the data fields to not load.

These errors might be coming either from your theme or some plugin. I suggest you deactivate all plugins once and then activate them one by one and check each time if you see the error. That way you’ll be able to know which plugin might be causing the error.

I figured it out, The plugin “Hostinger” was conflicting. it works when i disable “Hostinger”
