    Hi, I just created a popup to show on desktop and mobile on one website.

    I used a template provided by Poptin, and although the popup shows correctly, the button that was supposed to be in the popup doesn’t show on any devices, nor in Incognito mode on Chrome.

    I also tried to edit the button by setting the “bring to front” option but no luck. It shows perfect on backend, does not load on frontend.

    Thanks

    Hi @rontapcado,

    I have checked your popup on the page you shared and seems like a CSS issue with the button. Please allow me some time to inspect it properly and I will get back to you with the solution soon.

    Thanks for your patience ??

    Hi @rontapcado ,

    The button you have used is getting 0% width, so the button isn’t showing correctly. I have escalated the issue to my Engineering team and will get back to you within 24 hours with a possible solution.

    Thanks

    Hi Benjir,

    Thanks for all your help. Although the popup you helped with is working now, when I duplicate it to create another popup to target different people the new popup doesn’t show the CTA button as before.

    Is there any way for me to fix it on my side? Because otherwise, I need to contact support for every popup I create.

    Thanks

    Hey @rontapcado ,

    The CSS code I added was for the specific popup but it will work for all popups if the popup is active. I have checked and the CSS code is working for your other popup as well (screenshot). You can add the below CSS code on your website that will be applied for all used popups across your website if you want.

    .poptin-live #poptinFormSubmitText .froala-editor-button { min-width: 100%;}

    Waiting for your valuable feedback. Have a nice day ??

    Cheers!
