Photo compression is not working

@thrdlickova Could you please share what kind of error messages are you getting? Any browser console errors?

There is nothing like error message, just the time is running but not a single photo was compressed.

Does a pop up such as this appear:

Under “Compressed images” on the far right side at the bottom of the images tab there is a blue button that says “View logs” can you download the logs and paste them using a tools such as pastebin.com

It looks as though at first there was another process going. Then the log says you do not have any WebP conversion tools.

Can you enable imagick and gd on your hosting (if you are unsure of how to do this, you can ask your hosts)

I also notice your max execution time is exceptionally low. Can you try adding the following to your wp-config.php
