Hidden stripe payment fields yields error in 1.23.3

    I have a form that will hide Stripe payment fields base on certain condition. The same form when hidden Stripe payment fields could not work after updating to 1.23.3 but it works after I rollback to 1.22.1. The below error is shown when I submit the form:

    Unrecognized request URL (GET: /v1/payment_intents/). If you are trying to list objects, remove the trailing slash. If you are trying to retrieve an object, make sure you passed a valid (non-empty) identifier in your code. Please see https://stripe.com/docs or we can help at https://support.stripe.com/.
