great app with great support

We were looking for a way to add chat to our website that was convenient for users on different social platforms. Chaty does just this and more, meaning you can integrate forms, phone and email and a large number of platforms. Really simply to get up and running.

When I had a request to launch the app from my own button they were very helpful and support emails pinged back and forth in minutes. Could not have asked for a better service.

Would highly recommend.
