Trouble with Cyrillic encoding in slug

Hello dear support,
i got a trouble with russian language / Cyrillic,
when i change the slug for something in latin letter i got an cycle error redirection : ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
for instance i got this trouble with the slug :
aaa
https://exemple. com /ru/p%D1%83%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B4%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B2%D0%BE/aaa/
but if i change the url for something in Cyrillic like :
тест
it work!
i guess there is conflict with encoding
but how to fix it?

Hi Selena,
Try to look in Settings –> General and be sure that WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) have the same address.

Furthermore, the hosting can have bad redirect rules on the server side so try to contact them also.
