    Hi @oxyid

    I hope you’re well today!

1/ The form not shows normal at the https://turnkeymodel.com/ page.

Where exactly the form should be showing up? I see some links to contact, getting quote and scheduling meeting but I’m not sure if that’s any of those. Let us know where exactly the form is expected to show up on the page, please.

2/ The form Your form can only be loaded after the pop-up window pops up. Link: https://turnkey-processing.com/

Do you mean the form on “Get a Free Quote” page there? This seems to be related to Elementor popups in some way so can you, please, check if the form on page shows if you disable popup temporarily?

I’m not suggesting it as a solution but just for test and the point is to find out if without popup active – the form on the page will show correctly out of the box or if it will be completely missing and never load.

Please test it and let us know about result and we’ll then see what to do next to get that fixed.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

1/Form position: In the background of the elementor, the table on the page is displayed correctly, the administrator can view this form on the page. But it disappears from any page that the client sees. Please view the image. We insert the form at the end of the deep purple.

    Hi @oxyid,

Just to be sure, do you notice the from when you access the page while logged in? I could notice the screenshot you have shared is when you open the Elementor Page Builder.

So is the form only visible inside the page builder or does it load when you access the page while logged in?

I could notice the form in the 2nd page, loads only after the popup loads. Seems like the issue might be more specific to Ajax.

Could you please edit the form and under Behavior >?Rendering,?enable both?Load form using AJAX?&?Prevent page caching on form pages?options and see whether it makes any difference?

Please do make sure to clear the cache and let us know how that goes.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin
