Unable to retrieve reviews

We installed WP Zillow Review Slider plugin to our client’s WordPress site https://www.californiamlsonly.com/ and set it up using this Zillow Write Review URL https://www.zillow.com/reviews/write/?s=X1-ZUxt9v8baz8b2h_1zmzs
However, when we hit “Save Settings and Download”, we are getting an error: https://snipboard.io/VhpJ9g.jpg
Can you please check if Zillow has blocked https://www.californiamlsonly.com/ site from being able to download reviews?
