    Getting this error when trying to unzip a downloaded file. Unable to expand. It is in an unsupported format.

    I have disabled all plugins besides Gravity Forms and Bulk Download and switched back to the default theme

    I also have tried to increase the memory limit and execution time

    Using the latest version of WP and PHP 8.1

    Spoke to our server provider and they said:

    I have been able to reproduce the problem and found that your Gravity Forms script is adding an extra byte (0a in hex) to the start of the zip file which is causing it to be rejected by zip extractors.

    I found that if I remove the extra byte from the start of the file the zip extracts normally. This is an application level issue

    Hello, yes it is supported and we will check it, we never had this issue on our dev systems.

    We will check it, can you give us more details, like server configuration etc?
