Plugin is only showing a blank page

    Hi, I’m recently diagnosing and fixing a website that wasn’t managed for some time. I’m trying to configure the SSL certificate but it keeps showing this site health issue, when I click Activate SSL, it takes me to a blank page. Also, when I try to access the SSL plugin via Settings, it also takes me to a blank page. I have tried disabling and enabling the plugin but no success.

    Could you start by trying the suggestions provided here, to see if one of these might already point you towards the cause of this behavior?

    If not, could you test for a potential conflict with another active plugin on your website as well? Let us know if there are any further updates about this.

    Already tried all of those, but ill do it once more for peace of mind. I will let you know of the outcome, thanks for your reply.

    If you can post the errors you see in the console here we can probably tell you what the issue is.

    Are you on the latest version?

    @mercilesss it’s as if there’s no react. What other plugins do you use?

    As a workaround, you can add

    define(“RSSSL_FORCE_ACTIVATE”, true);

    To your wp-config.php. This will force SSL activation.

    I have tried disabling all of them but SSL, it still shows a blank page.

    Hi @mercilesss,

    Yes, you can add the line to your wp-config.php file to force the SSL activation.

    Note that while this will activate SSL, it might not address the underlying issue whereby the Dashboard is unable to load on your environment yet.
