Change select options button

Hello everyone,
Variable products have a ‘select options’ button, when you click on that button you go to the page of that product. That is 1 step too much for me, I want my customers to be able to select the options, for example: color and size and add it to the cart on the same page.
How do I change that button to just show the options and the add to cart button? That way I can add the product to other product pages and I can create a quick upsell.

I understand that you would like the product variations to be displayed upfront on your shop page, correct?
Out-of-the-box, this could be achieved thru the use of some plugins. Checking our marketplace, I found the premium plugin Variations as Radio Buttons for WooCommerce that creates custom variation swatches as radio buttons featuring colors, images, and text labels for WooCommerce variation products.
